At Modifero Europe, we aim to provide high-quality aftermarket vehicle conversion products and clear after-sales policies for both private and professional customers.

Returns (EU Customers)

  • Private (B2C) customers within the European Union may request a return within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
  • Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Customized, made-to-order, or specially configured products may not be eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

Return requests must be submitted through our customer support before sending any goods back.

Returns for Business Customers (B2B)

  • Orders placed by business customers are considered professional purchases.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, returns for B2B orders are not accepted once the order has been dispatched.
  • Any exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Warranty

  • All products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, valid under normal use conditions.
  • Warranty duration and coverage may vary by product and are described in the relevant product documentation.
  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or installation performed contrary to provided instructions.

Installation & Technical Responsibility

  • Many of our products require professional installation.
  • Issues caused by incorrect installation, incompatible vehicle configuration, or unauthorized modifications are not covered by warranty.
  • Installation manuals and technical guidance are provided to support correct installation.

Claims & Support

  • For return requests or warranty claims, please contact our support team with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
  • Supporting photos or documents may be requested to assess the claim efficiently.
