Our mission is to provide European conversion companies and B2B professionals with a seamless, domestic-like purchasing experience, completely eliminating complex international import duties, hidden customs clearing fees, or upfront cross-border VAT burdens.

1. Ready-Stock Items (Standard Products)

Standard items such as Vehicle Door Systems, Access & Step Systems, and Safety Sensors are maintained in constant inventory directly at our central European logistics hub.

  • Dispatch Location: Dispatched directly from our European Union warehouse in Budapest, Hungary.
  • Zero Hidden Fees: Since these products are already cleared into the EU, the price you see is final regarding customs. No import duties, no border fees.
  • Delivery & Shipping Costs: Typical delivery times within the EU range between 2 and 7 business days via our contracted carriers (such as Hungarian Post, FedEx, or regional parcel networks). Applicable local shipping fees for these standard items are displayed transparently directly on the product page or calculated at checkout.
  • Local Pickup: Customers are always welcome to pick up their orders directly from our Budapest warehouse free of shipping charges.

2. Pre-Order & Custom Items (Hacimli ve Özel Üretim Ürünler)

High-volume, bulky, or custom-manufactured products—such as Vehicle Seating Systems (built to your choice of fabric/color), Vehicle Interior Systems (molded for specific vehicle lengths like L2, L3, L4 and roof heights like H1, H2, H3), and specialized Vehicle Windows—are handled via a strict monthly production and consolidation timeline.

The Monthly Pre-Order Timeline Diagram:

  • Phase 1: Order Cut-off (Until the 1st of the Month): Deadline to place and confirm your pre-order to catch the current month's production batch.
  • Phase 2: Factory Dispatch (On the 10th of the Month): Consolidated freight departs from our primary manufacturing facility.
  • Phase 3: EU Hub Influx (By the End of the Month): Shipment successfully clears EU customs customs-free for you and arrives safely at our Budapest warehouse.

Crucial Freight & Delivery Terms (EX WORKS Budapest):

  • Ex-Works Pricing: Due to the irregular shapes, varying weights, and high volume of these components, we offer these products strictly on an Ex-Works (EXW) Budapest Warehouse basis.
  • Flexible Logistics Options: Once your pre-order materials arrive and enter our Budapest inventory at the end of the month, you have three flexible choices for final delivery:
    1. Self-Collection (Free): You can organize your own transport or send your fleet/carrier to pick up the goods directly from our Budapest warehouse.
    2. We Arrange, You Pay: Our logistics team can obtain a tailored freight quote from our regional transport networks to your specific city/zip code and arrange the delivery, with the shipping cost billed to you.
    3. Your Contracted Carrier: We can hand over the pallets to your preferred local freight forwarder.

Value-Added Tax (VAT) & Fiscal Advantages

  • EU B2B Entities: Registered EU companies with a valid VAT number can benefit from the Intra-Community/Reverse-Charge VAT mechanism. Purchases can be processed with 0% VAT at checkout, eliminating upfront cash-flow burdens.
  • Local Deliveries: Orders without a verified EU VAT number will be subject to applicable local VAT regulations during checkout.
